What is Caged Heat?

Caged Heat is our signature small-batch syrup. Designed by Mixologist Jared Hirsch, this flavor packed syrup has become a cult favorite. Loaded with Alluring Tamarind, Spicy Chili, and Warming Cardamom, this syrup instantly brings heat and character to any drink.

It’s our favorite syrup for a bartender’s spicy margarita that we fondly call Desert Heat.
