2 oz Mezcal Joven
1 oz sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Cherry Bomb cocktail syrup
Bar spoon Absinthia Organic Absinthe
5 dashes mole butters

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass, garnish with three cherries on a pick.
