Absinthia's Recipes for Cocktails & Mocktails

1.5 ounces Rum
1 oz Lemon Juice, combined with 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 Dash Absinthe Bitters (made with Absinthia Absinthe)
A little Nutmeg, grated

Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
