Absinthia's Recipes for Cocktails & Mocktails

Rinse glass with  Absinthia Absinthe Superieure
1/2 applejack
1/2 brandy

Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Absinthia recommends adding a dash or two of simple syrup.
