2 ounces gin
½ ounce dry vermouth
¼ teaspoon Absinthia Absinthe Superieure
Lemon twist for garnish
Pour gin, dry vermouth, and absinthe into a shaker or pitcher with ice. Shake or stir to mix. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
